What is your return policy?

We want you and your pet to love our products! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@milby.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it’s in its original condition, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Can I return items purchased on sale?

Yes, items purchased on sale are eligible for return, but they must meet the standard return conditions (unused, in original packaging, and within 30 days of delivery).

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. If it’s already shipped, you may return it once it arrives.

How will I know my return or exchange has been processed?

We’ll keep you updated via email! You’ll receive a notification when we’ve received your returned item, and another when your refund or exchange has been processed.
